G E Bourne has moved the Star Restaurant to the building next to the Anchor, where the business will be hereafter be conducted. The family will live in the residence next to Frank Jones meat market.

A quiet wedding took place in this city Wednesday evening when Anthony Hagen and Miss E Floyd of St Charles were joined in the holy bonds of wedlock by Judge Kelly. Mr. Hagen is well known in this city where he has various times engaged in business. At present he is running the Star Restaurant. Mrs. Hagen was one of St Charles most esteemed young ladies having lived there for many years.

Al Jensen has assumed control and management of the Star Restaurant. This young man has a good reputation as a hustler and he will improve this famous eating place in many ways. First class meals at reasonable prices, will be put up and the plan will be open at all time. Give him a call when in town.
