WILL OPEN A MODERN CAFE
L B Hart of Ogden who has been negotiating for several weeks with J N Downing for a lease on the room now occupied by the Vincent Furniture Company, closed the deal Tuesday and as soon as the Vincent's vacate the place, Mr. Hart will open a modern cafe there.

NEW CAFE AND RESTAURANT
T B Hart and sons opened their new cafe and restaurant Wednesday evening with a reception to the public at which ice, cake and lemonade were served.
The place, which was formerly known as the Royal Cafe, has been remodeled and thoroughly renovated. The interior is finished throughout in white, which gives it a most inviting appearance. The place will be known has Hart's Cafe and Restaurant and will be open day and night.
First class chefs have been secured and it is the intention of Mr. Hart to give the public the best possible service.
