Will of Sarah Jane Rogers
In the name of God, Amen
I, Sarah Jane Rogers of the town of Montpelier, County of Bear Lake, Territory of Idaho, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of my life do hereby make ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament that is to say first of all my lawful debts are paid and discharged and teh expenses of my funeral shall have been paid the residue of my estate, I give bequeath and dispose of as follows to wit:
To my husband, Washington Bolivar Rogers, half of all cattle (Homer Stock) known as McLennan and Rogers Cattle and half of my interest of mercantile business in the firm name of McLennan and Rogers together with my present and (3) Three lots connected with it with all out houses, furniture wearing apparel, jewelry, etc.
Also Ten (10) acres of Meadow Land and whatever money and securities on money that I possess at the time of my decease which papers will be found with this Will while he lives and at the time of his death to be equally divided between his offspring share and share alike.
And to Duncan McLennan, I bequeath the other half of my interest of mercantile business of the firm name of McLennan and Rogers.
And to Thomas Collett, my adopted son, I bequeath (5) Five head of horses.
I do hereby make constitute and appoint my Friend Elisha Strong to be executor of this lst Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this sixth day of August A. D. 1886.

The above instrument was subscribed by the above names Sarah Jane Rogers, in our presence and acknowledge by her to each of us and at the same time she published and declared the said instrument as subscribed to her last Will and Testament and we at the Testators request and in her presence have signed our name as Witnesses thereto and written opposite our names , our respective places of residence.
