I, Peter Olsen, of the town of St Charles, County of Bear lake, State of Idaho, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make and publish this as and for my last will and testament herby revoking and making void every and all other will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.

And first, I direct that my executors pay all my just debts, funeral expenses and the expense incident to the administration of my estate, as soon as reasonably may be after my decease.

Third, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Ellen Olson, all the property which I am possessed of both real and personal, to have an enjoy all the __? (unreadable) issues and profits arising there from during her natural life and at her death it shall be divided equally between my children, Ole Peterson and Anna Mattson.

Subscribed by the testator in presence of each of us; and at the same time, declared by him to us to be his last will and testament and thereupon, sign our names hereto, as witnesses this 6th day of February A.D. 1891 at St Charles.
