Know all men by these presents that I Mette Kirstine Johansen, being of sound mind, do in the presence of the undersigned witnesses, give and bequeath to Joseph & H Nielsen, Twenty shares of stock on the Paris Corporation Institution.

Also to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints of Ovid ward, Ten Shares of Stock in the Paris Cooperation Institution.

And to my beloved nephew, Anders Peter Neilsen all of the remaining property, both real estate and personal property, I do hereby give and bequeath to him after my death for his own personal use.

All the provisions of this Will to take affect after my death.
