Will of Peder Johansen
Will or Testament of Peder Johansen and wife Mette Kirstine of Ovid, Bear Lake County, Idaho Territory.
We the undersigned Peder and Mette Kirstine Johansen have today in the presence of the undersigned witnesses made the following agreement.
That in case I, Peder Johansen should depart by death first, then all our property without any exception shall go over to Mette Kristine Johansen (my Wife) and in case I, Mette Kirstine Johansen should die first, then the property all belongs to my husband, Peder Johansen. The estimated value of our property at present is about $1000 (Ten Hundred Dollars)
