In the name of God Amen, I Mads Jensen of the town of Ovid, County of Bear Lake, Territory of Idaho, of the age Fifty five years, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under duress, menace, fraud or under influence of any person whatsoever do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in the manner following, that is to say:

First: I direct that my body after death be decently buried in accordance with the customs and regulations of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, of which Church I am a member.

Secondly, I direct that my Executors hereafter named, as soon as they sufficent Funds in their hands, pay my funeral expenses and all my just and honest debts that my remain unpaid at the time of my death.

Thirdly, I give and bequeath to my wife, Annie L Jensen all that certain lot piece or parcel of Land lying and being in Bear Lake County, Idaho  Territory, bounded and described as follows to wit; about sixty acres of Land situate in the South east quarter of the South East quarter and North half of the South east quarter of Section Fifteen and the North West quarter of the South west quarter of Section Fourteen in Township Thirteen South of range Forty-three east of Boise Meridian, it being the balance of my Homestead entry, about One Hundred acres having been deeded by me to other parties, together with all the hereditaments? and appurtenances therewith belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to hold the premises above described to the said Anna L Jensen, my wife, to the time of her death, when it shall fall to our children equally or is case of their death to their issue.

I also give and devise all the rest residue and remainder of any real estate of every name and nature whatsoever; also all my personal estate, cattle, horses, sheep, goods and chattels of whatever kind and nature, owned by me at the time of my death, to the said Anna L Jensen, my wife, for her use and benefit, to enjoy the same fully and entirely until her death, where it or the remainder shall fall to our heirs.

Lastly, I hereby appoint John Johnson Sr. and Christian Olsen the Executor of this my last Will and Testament:

The foregoing instrument consisting of two pages besides this, was at the date hereof by the said Mads Jensen signed and sealed and declared to be his last Will and Testament in presence of us, who at his request and in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto.
