SERVICES
The body of Verd T Sorenson, former resident of Ovid and Paris,
was laid to rest in the Ovid cemetery last Saturday afternoon, the services
being held from the Ovid chapel of the LDS Church.
Mr. Sorenson died following a motorcycle accident in Twin Falls a couple weeks ago. At the time of the accident Mr. Sorenson was testing a motorcycle, it went out of control crashing into an auto throwing him forcibly against the handlebars rupturing an intestine. He was rushed to the hospital where an operation was performed, but little hope was held for his recovery.
Mr. Sorenson, up to a year ago made his home in Paris with his wife, Mrs. Hilda Sorenson. He was 19 years of age.
