Another death was recorded here Wednesday morning at 11 am just as the funeral over the remains of Mrs. William Hoge was being held. Death resulted from pneumonia, superinduced by old age, following an illness of three weeks. Mr. Smedley is a pioneer brick maker in the Bear Lake Valley and many of the large buildings in this valley and principally in Paris stand as monuments to his name.
Funeral services will be held probably Friday in the Second Ward chapel.
