Peter Jensen
In the name of God, Amen.
I, Peter Jensen, being in sound health of body and of disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.
1st, I direct that all my just debts, including funeral expenses and the expenses of administration, be paid by my executors.
II I give and devise unto my beloved with Celia Jensen, all my property, both real and personal as the means of supporting herself and minor children as long as she lives.
III At the time if the death of my said wife, all her just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid, and the then residence of my estate both real and personal, I give, devise and bequeath to my children who shall survive both me and my wife and to the legal issue of any deceased child or children by way of representation of such child or children forever in equal parts. I hereby appoint my beloved wife Celia the executrix of this my last will to act as such without bonds.
On Witness Whereof I have hereunder set my hand this 28th day of December AD 1892 at the St Charles, Bear Lake County, Idaho

Subscribed by the testator in the presence of each of us and at the same time declared by him to us to be his last will and testament and therein at the request of the testator and in his presence sign our names hereto as witnesses this 28th day of December AD 1892 at St Charles, Bear Lake County, State of Idaho, which is our post office address.
