In the matter of the estate of Peter B Holmgreen, deceased, notice for publication of time appointed for proving will. Etc. Pursuant to an order of said Probate Court of the County of Bear Lake, State of Idaho, on the 28h day of November 1908, notice is hereby given that Monday, the 28t day of December, 1908, at 3:30 pm of said day at the court room, has been appointed as the time and place for proving the will of said Peter B Holmgreen, deceased, and for hearing the application of Edgar Holmgreen for the issuance to him of letters of testamentary, when and where any person interested my appear and contest the same.
