The Cloninger Company will open their three nights engagement at the Opera House, commencing Jan 14, in the latest reproduction that has ever been witnessed in this city. The company will present for their opening bill a four act rural drama entitled "Pike County Folks," a play with wholesome comedy and beautiful climaxes.
During their stay here they will present that beautiful three act society drama, "The Devil" which is causing a furor throughout the country and Europe. According to all the reports there is a theatrical treat in store for the amusement loving people of this city as well as the company comes well recommended having three of the principle members of the Josephine Duffry Co that played here last season.
