Niels Johansen
The last will and testament of Niels Johansen of St Charles, Bear Lake County, Idaho Territory. In the name of God; Amen
I, Niels Johansen of the above town and county, and over the age of twenty-one years, and being of sound mind and memory, do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament.
1st I give and bequeath to my wife Lena Johansen, in the event of her surviving me, all of my estate, and real and personal that I may be possessed of, without any reservation or condition whatever.
2nd I hereby empower my wife Len Johansen in the event of her surviving me, to act as my executor and also to associate with her anyone she may select or choose, to assist in the administration of my estate. It shall be their duty to see that all debts due to or by my estate, shall be duly collected and paid according to law, including all necessary funeral expenses that may accrue through my demise.
