Fire from unknown causes broke out in the store and display room
in the second story of the Nielsen Furniture company, Saturday evening causing
considerable damage to the building and to furniture, estimated at several
thousand dollars according to information from the store management.
From all indications, the fire has been kept in a smoldering state for several hours by the explosion of automatic fire extinguishing bulbs that line the ceiling at intervals.
