Neils Mattson

 

This is the last will and testament of Neils Mattson, farmer, now residing in St Charles, Bear Lake County, Idaho.

In full possession of my mind and memory, and knowing the uncertainty of this life and decisions to dispose of my worldly affairs, I ordain this my last will and testament.

1st, I give and bequeath all my real and personal property, be the same in gold, silver, horses, stock, farming utensils, farm produce, houses and lands, or anything else to my beloved wife Annie Mattson, for her sole use and benefit forever.

2nd, I herewith distinctly declare that I do not give or bequeath anything to an other persons of whatever kin, but bequeath all my property, both real and personal to my wife to the exclusion of everyone else otherwise entitled to the same.

3rd, I appoint y beloved wife, Anne Mattson the sole executrix of this my last will and testament to act without giving any bond, undertaking or security of any kind.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this Fifth day of July AD one thousand eight hundred and ninety at the town of Paris, Bear Lake Co, Idaho.

The above written instrument was subscribed by the said Neils Mattson in our presence and acknowledged by him to each of us, and he at the same time, published and declared the above instrument so subscribed, to be his last will and testament, and we at the testator's request in his presence and in each others presence, have signed our names as witnesses thereto together with our places of residences.
