Last Will and Testament of Mary Larson of Ovid, Bear Lake County, Idaho
Know all men by these presents, that I Mary Larson of the town of Ovid in the County of Bear Lake and Territory of Idaho, considering the uncertainty of this life and being of sound mind and memory, do make, declare and publish this my last will and testament.
First, I hereby give and bequeath unto Jens Larson all the property and estate, both real and person of which I may die possessed, after the payment of funeral expenses and of all debts I may be owing at the time of my death.
Second, I do nominate and appoint my husband, Jens Larson, to be the executor of this my last will and testament, to serve withou bonds.
In Tesitmony Whereof, I thereunto set my hand and seal and publish and decree this to be my last will and testament in presence of the witnesses named below, this 22nd day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight.
