PIONEER
Monday morning death claimed another old pioneer, Mrs. Joseph Johnson who has been an invalid for the past thirty years. Her husband Joseph Johnson, who passed away only recently, it is thought, hastened her death considerably. She leaves a family of six children and many friends whose heartfelt sympathy has been with them these many years.
Mrs. Johnson was a good kind hearted woman who patiently endured the many trials of life and has not gone to claim her reward. The funeral services were held Wednesday at 2 pm where Pres. Shepherd, F M Winters, Fred Sleight, L P Jensen, Nels Johnson and Bishop Lindsay made consoling remarks to the bereaved.
