MONTPELIER WOMAN DIED IN SALT LAKE
Mrs. Mary E Mumford Clark, 68, long time resident of Montpelier died at 7:30 pm Monday in Salt Lake City, where she had been residing the past few months. She was born on October 30, 1890 in Salt Lake City, the daughter of Thomas M and Mary E Wright Mumford. She married Royal D Clark on October 2, 1912 in the Salt Lake Temple. She was active in LDS Church work.
Survivors include her husband, two sons, Ross M Clark of Montpelier and Dr. Gerald M Clark of Pocatello; two grandchildren, Mrs. Michael (De Ann) Brown of Provo and Reed Clark of Salt Lake City; one great grandson, David Brown of Provo; step mother, Mrs. Mary E Mumford of Salt Lake City; two brothers and four sisters, T Emery Mumford and Max Mumford, both of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Dee (Delilah) Hall Los Angeles; Miss Maelone Mumford of Salt Lake City, Mrs. Lloyd (Tess) Bedel of Vallejo California and Mrs. C N (Connie) Sparks of Montpelier.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 1pm in the Montpelier First ward chapel with the Matthews Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
