DECEASED
The many friends of John Walmsley Sr. were surprised to hear
Thursday morning that he had passed over the divide at 7 am. His ailment was
heart trouble, from which he had suffered for a long time. Mr. Walmsley was
about 72 years of age and for many years had lived in this city.
He leaves three children to mourn his death. the deceased was of a kindly disposition, always ready to assist his fellowman in any undertaking that promised happiness for someone else.
The funeral will take place today from the LDS meeting house.
