On Friday last a very pleasant reunion of the family of John A Hymas was held at his residency in Liberty to commemorate the 70th anniversary of his birth. Four of his sons were present from Albion and all the members of the family in this valley.
A dinner was served during the afternoon and in the evening the entire ward was invited and various pastimes were enjoyed until a late hour. One of the liveliest dancers was Mr. Hymas himself and the wish of all present was that he may live to shake his heels on many future birthdays.
