The last Will and Testament of Jens Larsen of Ovid, Bear Lake County, Idaho.
Know all men by these presents, that I Jens Larsen of Ovid, Bear Lake County, Idaho. Know all men by these Presents, that I Jens Larsen of the Town of Ovid, in the County of Bear Lake, and Territory of Idaho, considering the uncertainty of this life, and being of sound mind and memory, so make, declare and publish this my last will and testament.
First, I give and bequeath unto Mary Larsen, all the property and estate both real and personal that I may die possessed of.
Second, I do nominate and appoint my wife, Mary Larsen, to be the executor of this my last will and testament. In Testimony Whereof, I hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, in presence of the witnesses name below. This 22nd day of December in the year of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and eighty eight.
