Mrs. Isabelle Perkins, widow of the late Henry (sic) C Perkins, died at her home in Bennington last Sunday morning from infirmities incident to age. She was 81 years old and had been a resident of Bear Lake for more than sixty years. Deceased was a native of Salt Lake and with her parents moved to this valley while she was a young woman. She had resided her since her husband died many years ago.
She is survived by seven daughters, Mrs. Jessie Crane, Mrs. Samuel Hall, Mrs. Loren Ipson, all of Bennington, and Mrs. John Stephens, Mrs. Will Stephens and Mrs. David Parker of Montpelier, and Mrs. Isaac Coon of Magna, Utah; and by two sons, Dave Perkins of Bennington and Will Perkins of Logan.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at Bennington under the supervision of Bishop Jared Parker and interment was in the cemetery of that place in the Perkins family plot. Mrs. Perkins was active in her younger days in church work, as well as local community affairs. She was a lovable character, beloved by all her relatives and neighbors.
