Henggi's Ranch

Henggi's Ranch was located above the present Montpelier reservoir. It was a stop over place and also a transfer point on the Crow Creek Road. It was frequently referred to as the "Dairy" because Mrs. Henggi provided the freighters with milk, buttermilk, and fres donuts. In turn they hauled her supplied free of charge.
