Harvey Steed and Russ Evans

Harvey Steed, who with Russ Evans is in charge of constructing the Montpelier Canyon Park, a WPA project of the Forest Service, reports that they expect to keep working there as long as the weather permits. At present there are 11 men working but this number will be increased to 23 in the near future.
They are setting up stoves, building a water system and connecting fountains now.
