FINAL RITES HELD IN SECOND WARD
Funeral services for Glademere E Mumford who died in Portland, Oregon on September 28, were conducted in the Montpelier Second Ward LDS Chapel on October 3, at 2 pm with Earl W Hayes, first counselor officiating. Prayer at the home was offered by Bishop Ward Newby of Seattle.
The prelude and postlude were played by Lillas Swensen; invocation Ernest W Vaterlaus; vocal solo "In The Garden of Tomorrow" Mrs. Dean Larsen; remarks Standley H Rich; speaker Bishop Alvin C Tueller; organ medley of hymns Miss Swensen; speaker Eldon W Cook; vocal solo "One Fleeting Hour" Mrs. Walter Hunzeker; benediction Seth N Kunz.
Dedication of the grave was by President Eugene
P Shepherd. Pall bearers were Cottrell N Sparks, Royal Clark, Gene Saxton,
A J Powell, Donald Kunz and Arthur Van Orman.
