George F Sorenson of Montpelier, died in a Salt Lake Hospital following an illness of several weeks. Mr. Sorenson was born February 12, 1895 in Ovid, had lived all his life in Bear Lake county, residing for the past three years in Montpelier. He was a member of Post 63 of the American Legion and was a dealer of stock. On October 24, 1935, he was married in Salt Lake City to Annie Crane, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Crane of Herriman, Utah.
Besides his wife, Mr. Sorenson is survived b y his father, Chris Sorenson of Ovid; three brothers and two sisters, Charles Sorenson of Ovid, Oliver Sorenson of Salt Lake City; Joe Sorenson of Arimo; Mrs. Nina Green of Los Angeles; and Mrs. Edna Duke of Salt Lake City. Funeral services for Mr. Sorenson will be conducted Sunday at Herriman at 12:30 and interment will be made in the cemetery there.
