George Daniel Findlay, 72, long time resident of Fish Haven died at his home there last Sunday at 6:30 pm. He was born in Salt Lake City November 24, 1865. Mr. Findlay is survived by his wife, Sarah Ella Howell Findlay, and five daughters, Mrs. Chauncy Merkley and Mrs. Chester Transtrum of Blackfoot, Mrs. Bert Bunderson of St Charles and Mrs. Mike Haws and Mrs. Earl Haws of San Diego.

Funeral services were held at the chapel in Fish Haven Wednesday at 1 pm; opening song by Michaelson quartet "I Need Thee Every Hour" invocation Bishop Penz of Garden City; vocal solo "Face to Face" Emery Welling; remarks Bishop C C Shirley; talk, Dr. C O Moore of Paris; vocal solo "That Silver Haired Dad of Mine" Mrs. Landon Pugmire, of St Charles; talk, E M Pugmire of Lakota; song "A Per?? Day" F M Williams; remarks Alfred A Hart of Bloomington and Sherman Nielsen; song "Come Unto Me" Michaelson quartet; closing prayer Hyrum Nebeker of Laketown.

Interment was made in the Fish Haven cemetery, the grave dedicated by Frank Findlay.
