Mrs. Eva Katherine Schick, 78, wife of George Schick, died at her home here Wednesday following a long illness it was announced Saturday. An active LDS church worker, Mrs. Schick was an emigrant from Baden, Germany, where she was born September 4, 1859. She and her husband had lived here 54 years.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons; George, Wendell and Charles Schick, Paris; two daughters, Mrs. J H Taylor and Mary Schick, Salt Lake City, Utah; 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Schick were held Saturday at the First ward meeting house in Paris.
