DEATH DUE TO AILMENT
Eugene Arnell, 67, of St Charles retired employee of the Utah Power and Light Company, died of a heart ailment April 20 in the LDS Hospital, Salt Lake City. He was born October 20, 1891 in Salt Lake City, the son of William Henry and Amanda Gheen Arnell. Mr. Arnell lived most of his life at St Charles. He was a member of the LDS Church. Mr. Arnell and Edna Pugmire were married November 14, 1919 in Paris.
Besides his widow, he is survived by six sons and one daughter, Rex E, Oral J and Farrell J Arnell all of St Charles. Darwin P Arnell of Salt Lake City, Mrs. Kenneth (Betty) Neal of Licking Missouri, Wilbur P Arnell of Coalville Utah and Fenton W Arnell of Brigham City. Also surviving are five brothers and one sister, William S Arnell of Logan, Mrs. Clarence (Vera) Updike o Manning Oregon, Ralph and Gilbert Arnell both of St Charles, and Eldon Arnell of Rigby and 11 grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 pm Friday in the St Charles LDS Ward Chapel. Matthews Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
