Ephraim Valley

Ephraim Valley is located near the Crow Creek road. It received its name from Ephraim Jones, an early Bern school teacher who herded cows in the area during the summer months when schools were not in session.
He also worked for the Alleman family, who had a small dairy and cheese business there.
