Mrs. E McDonald Died Wednesday
Embazetta Morgarson McDonald, 86, died at 9:30 pm Wednesday at her ranch home in Montpelier canyon. She was born October 6, 1868, in Indianapolis Indiana. She and J W McDonald were married in October 1886. The couple lived at Hooper, Colorado for a number of years before coming to Montpelier in 1911. Her husband died March 6, 1949.
Mrs. McDonald was an active member of Montpelier Chapter American War Mothers, Order of Easter Star, Rebekahs and the Community Church. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Elmer (Hettie) Pate of San Diego, Mrs. Charles (Mary) Derricott and Mrs. Omar (Hessel) Wigington, both of Montpelier; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
The remains are at the Matthews Mortuary
pending funeral arrangements.
