Funeral services were conducted in Georgetown Friday for Effie Johnson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Johnson of Georgetown, who died last Wednesday. Opening song, "That Beautiful Land"; invocation Lewis Monk; song "Sometime We'll Understand"; speakers were Bishop Albert Bacon, Walter E Clark of Georgetown; Bishop Nephi Skinner of Nounan; President Silas L Wright of Bennington and Bishop Robert Schmid of Bern; quartet "My Father Knows" Alma Neilson, Rao Dunford, Mirla Dunn and Lola Hoskins; song "God Moves in Mysterious Ways" benediction, Gilbert Bacon.
Flower girls were Leona Robison, Verna Smith, Reola Clark, Doris Barkdull; Jean Hayes, Kathleen Hoff, Adell Hoff, Pauline Barkdull and Mary Sizemore. Pall bearers were Dewane, Arthur and Russell Johnson, and Berdean Payne. The grave was dedicated by Rao Dunford.
Out of town people attending the services were Mrs. Mattie Taylor of Idaho Falls; Bishop and Mrs. Skinner of Nounan; President and Mrs. Wright of Bennington; Bishop Schmid of Bern; Mrs. Hoffman and son Gilbert of Bountiful, Utah; Hyrum Larsen of Soda Springs.
