COUNTY SCHOOLS
County Superintendent Miss Hermione Hart is making a tour of the
county in the interest of the schools, and reports a good work being done
generally. In speaking of the matter to a representative of the Post, Miss Hart
said:
"I was gratified to find that diligent effort is being made throughout the county generally in the school work. I visited Dingle and Dingle has three teachers, Mr. Wilson Blaine, with an enrollment of 24 pupils in the sixth, seventh and eighth grades; Miss Nettie Francis with an enrollment in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades of 50 and Mrs. Mamie Larsen, with 38 in the beginners, first and second grades. Total enrollment 113."
