The parents of the deceased Delos Nelson, who died in France two years ago, were allowed to have his remains brought home. The body arrived here Wednesday and funeral services were held Friday at 11 am. The ward meeting house was packed and members of the American Legion were pallbearers.
Mr. O C Dunford offered the invocation and the speakers were Dawson, representing the American Legion of Idaho, Alfred Shepherd representing the Bear Lake Post of the American Legion, Bishop Alma Findlay, James L Dunford and Bishop A A Hart, John Hulme offered the benediction.
A big crowd accompanined the remains to the cemetery. Archie Shepherd blew taps over the grave and it was dedicated by James L Dunford. Mr. N C Nelson from Burley, Idaho, was among those who attended the funeral services.
