A gentleman particularly fitted for the responsible position of probate judge is
Judge D C Kunz, the present incumbent and we predict his re-election by a large
majority. He is a just and generous heart and as his office is constantly in
charge of the interests of widows and orphans, he is the right man in the right
place.
Judge Kunz was born in Nounan, Bear Lake county, 26 years ago of sturdy,
intelligent German parentage. He followed agricultural pursuits until he was 19
years of age. He attended the district schools and later the Fielding academy.
He was elected probate judge of this county in 1904 and again in 1906. He is
fitted for this position and has performed his duties with honor and credit.
