Crater Lake

Crater Lake is located about one-half mile east of the Montpelier-Soda Springs highway. It was a favored place for travelers of the Oregon Trail to bathe. It is an extinct crater. The water is clear and blue.
In recent years the Idaho Fish and Game Department have planted fish there.
