Regular session of the Board of Commissioners met at 10:30 am, July 9th, 1900. Present were O Transtrum Jr. Chairman; Webster and Philemon Lindsay, Commissioners and James E Hart Clerk, when the following proceedings were had to wit:

The following bills were allowed and warrants ordered drawn on the Current Expense Fund:

F E Smedley, services as Quarantine guard $23.00
James E Hart, quarters salary $362.50
L T Shepherd, amt paid for stamps $3.00
O Transtrum Jr. ser as county comr. $56.00

W S Tremelling road overseer asked for and is hereby granted a leave or absence for thirty days. Ordered that this board do now adjourn until tomorrow at 10 o'clock am. O Transtrum Jr. Chairman; Attest. James E Hart, Clerk

SECOND DAY

The board met at 10:30 am July 10, 1900. Present the same as yesterday when the following proceedings were had to wit: Bills allowed and warrants ordered drawn on the Current Expense Fund:

The County Assessor presented the following list of those owing taxes for the year 1899 and which he had been and is still unable to collect and recommended that the same be cancelled:

Ordered that the above be and the same is hereby cancelled. The following reports were then accepted:
