Claire (sic) Matthew Austin, 17, died in a local hospital Thursday, following complications resulting from a knee infection. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sam M Austin of Liberty; four sisters, Mrs. Leith Nichols, Salt Lake City; Miss Wilma Austin, Liberty; Mrs. Ruth Kimball, Garden City, and Mrs. Dean Hansen, Montpelier; and a brother Dale Austin of Liberty.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am in the Liberty chapel on Saturday. The body is at the Williams Mortuary.
