Brigham Lashbrook, early pioneer and settler, died at his home in Geneva last Sunday morning of natural causes. Mr. Lashbrook was born in England on May 27, 1855 and going on 83 at the time of his death. He moved to Canada in 1900 where he made his residence for over 15 years. Then he came west and settled in the surrounding country. Funeral services were conducted at the chapel in Geneva Tuesday at one pm under the direction of Bishop Lyman Tueller.

The speakers were John Boehme and Bishop Henry Teuscher and the musical numbers were furnished by the Geneva ward choir. Mr. Lashbrook had never married and his only survivors include the following nieces and nephews, Mrs. Annie Bischoff, Mrs. Lillas Preston and Mrs. Mary Lessring of Geneva; Mrs. John Green of Mountain Home, Mrs. Minnie Stromberg of Salt Lake City, Mrs. Nettie Averill of Albion, Mrs. Emeline Ridd of Brigham City; Brigham, Edward and Lawrence Lashbrook of Geneva, J J Hillier of Montpelier.
