William Salveson

MONTPELIER-William Salveson, age 76, died Saturday, June 12, 1993 at his home in Montpelier.  He was born May 17, 1917 in Butte, Montana, to William and Olga (Wickingsted) Salveson.  He married Rosetta Mary Nate June 20, 1963 in Paris, Idaho.

He was a member of the LDS Church and a high priest at the time of his death.  He had served as a home teacher for many years and went to the Temple frequently while his health was good.  He had worked at Bear Lake Motor in Montpelier for several years and owned a ranch in Bennington.

He is survived by his wife, of Montpelier and on step-daughter, Vonetta.  He was proceeded in death by two brothers, Olaf and Askel, a stepbrother, Thomas Kuvarme and one sister, Inga Olina.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 16 at 1pm in the Montpelier Fourth Ward Chapel, where friends may call that morning for two hours prior to the service.  Burial will be in the Dingle Cemetery.
