Mrs. Bertha A Rasmussen, wife of J P Rasmussen, died early this morning at her home in Georgetown from carcinoma. She was 49 years of age and was born in Georgetown. Funeral services will be held in Georgetown at one pm Saturday.

Mrs. Bertha Rasmussen, 48, died at her home in Georgetown last Thursday after a long illness. She was born in Georgetown, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Rolph. She spent her girlhood in Star Valley coming back to Georgetown 20 years ago. She is survived by her husband, J P Rasmussen, two sons, Nyle and DeVerl Rasmussen, a daughter Nelda Rasmussen, all of Georgetown; her stepmother Sarah Rolph and a sister Rosetta Rolph of Salt Lake City and the following brothers; Arvil and Alvin Rolph of Salt Lake City; Melvin Rolph of Tooele; Owen Rolph of San Jose, California; Edwin Rolph of Mexico City and a half brother, Delwin Rolph of Salt Lake City.
Funeral services were held in the Ward hall Sunday at 2 pm. Bishop Albert Bacon presiding. Song by choir "Come Ye Saints," prayer Roy H Robison; song "Oh My Father" by Frank Hayes, Bill Johnson, Alma Neilson and Gilbert Bacon; solo by Lillas Johnson; remarks by Bishop Bacon, Marvin Clark, Lewis Robison and Rao Dunford of Georgetown and Bishop Robison, MR. Jenkins and L H Haderly of Star Valley; duet "Whispering Hope" Lillias Johnson and Lola Hoskins; benediction, Alma Neilson.
Interment was made in the Georgetown cemetery and the grave was dedicated by W W Clark of Georgetown.
