CORPORAL ARCHIE BISHOFF KILLED IN ACTION IN FRANCE
Corporal Archie A Bischoff, 22, of the infantry was killed
November 14 while in action in France, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Bischoff
of Geneva, were officially informed late Wednesday by Acting Adjutant General
Witsell. Corporal Bischoff attended the USAC in Logan before entering the
service in 1941, and has been overseas since April of 1943.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are six brothers, three of whom are in the armed forces of the country, Pfc. Claud Bischoff of Miami Florida, and Pfc. Lorrain Bischoff and Pfc. Douglas Bischoff both stationed in the Pacific theater of war; Willis Bischoff of Wardboro, DeOrr Bischoff of Geneva and David L Bischoff of Vancouver, Washington; and three sisters, Mrs. Victor Fultz and Mrs. John Gothard, both of Salt Lake City and Gladys Bischoff of Geneva.
