Anders Jensen
In the name of God Amen.
I, Anders Jensen, being in sound health of body, and of disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament, herby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.
1st I direct that all my just debts, including funeral expenses and expenses of administration be paid by my executrix.
II-I bequeath and devise all my property both real and personal to my beloved wife, Hannah, so long as she shall live, or remains my widow; but in the event of her death before mine, then the subsequent provisions of this will immediately go into effect on my death.
III-I give, devise and bequeath to my son Charles the following described real estate. Commencing at a point forty eight (40 rods east of the North West corner of the South East quarter of Station No Eleven (11) Township Fifteen (15) South of Range Forty three (43) East, of Boise Meridian and running thence East Forty five (45) rods; thence southerly Thirty two (32) rods; thence West only fifty one (51) rods; thence Northerly Thirty nine (39) rods to the place of beginning and containing Ten (10) acres and (104) square rods of land.
Also that piece on parcel of land described as follows to wit: Commencing at a point (42) Forty two rods East of the South West corner of the North East quarter of Sec. Eleven (11) Township Fifteen (15) South of Range Forty three (43) East of Boise Meridian and running thence East Fifty (50) roads more or less to Big Creek; thence North along Big Creek Eight (8) rods; thence West 26"30' S. Fifty (50) rods more or less to the place of beginning and containing one (1) acre and forty (40) square rods more or less.
Also five (5) acres in one corner of my twenty acre tract of land situate in the South West quarter of Section Twelve (12) Township Fifteen (15) South of Range Forty three (43) East Boise Meridian. The section of this latter piece of land to be agreed upon by my son Charles and daughter Caroline.
IV-I devise and bequeath unto my daughter Caroline, Fifteen (15) acres of my (20) acre tract situated in the SW quarter of Sec (12) Township Fifteen (15) South of Range (43) E of Boise Meridian
V-I devise and bequeath to my children, Christine, Joseph, Amy, and Eliza the following described real estate, which is to be divided by them, satisfactory to themselves and in such way as will give to each an equal amount in value. That piece or parcel of land described as follows:
Commencing at a point One hundred and ten 9110) rods South and Forty seven (47) rods East from the North West corner of the South West quarter of Section Thirteen (13) Township Fifteen (15) South of Range Forty three (43) East of Boise Meridian and running thence East Eighty (80) rods, then North Forty (40) rods; thence West Eighty (80) rods; thence South Forty (40) rods to the place of beginning and containing Twenty (20) acres more or less.
Also that piece or parcel of land described as follows; Commencing at a point Forty one (41) rods East and Twenty three (23) rods North from the South West corner of the South West quarter of Section Thirteen (13) Township Fifteen (15) South, Range Forty three (43) East of Boise Meridian and running thence north Twenty two (22) rods; thence West (20) Twenty rods; thence South Twenty two (22) rods; thence East Twenty rods to the place of beginning and containing Two (2) acres and one hundred and twenty (120) square rods. Also lots one (1) Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) Block (9) nine Sec. (14) Tp. (15) S R (43) E B M; all buildings and improvements.
Also all that certain piece or parcel of land described as follows, to wit: Commencing at a point Fourteen (14) rods East and Forty five (45) rods South from the North West corner of the South East quarter of section Thirteen (13) Township Fifteen (15) South of Range Forty three (43) East of Boise Meridian and running thence South Twenty three (23) rods; thence East Nine (9) rods and eight (8) links; thence South Forty two (42) rods to county road, thence East along said road Thirty five and one have (35 1/2) rods; thence north Thirty one (31) rods; thence West Eight (8) rods, thence North thirty four (34) rods; thence West Forty (40) rods to the place of beginning and containing Fourteen (14) acres and ninety (90) square rods more or less. Together with all improvements thereon.
VI-I give and bequeath to my children Charles, Caroline, Joseph, Amy and Eliza. or to their heirs if any of them should not survive me and my wife, all my personal property, which shall be divided so each shall receive an equal share with all the others. I hereby appoint my son Joseph, my Executor. On witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this 3rd day of February 1893.
