Mrs. Amanda Myers of Ovid, died in this city at the age of 45 years. She underwent a serious operation on August 8th and while her condition was known to be serious hoped for her recovery were entertained.
She was a native of Ovid and was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl S Olson. Besides her husband John Myers Jr. she is survived by three brothers and by her five children: Roean, age 23; Golda 16; Ila 14: Bernice, 7; Dewene aged 3 years.
The funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 am from the Ovid meeting house and she will be buried in Ovid.
